Daily practise and contact with dance is an important factor in our development as dancers. For this reason this category was created with thematic practise videos. There are two ways to work with this category. One is to repeat each video for 30 days and the second is, to dance a video every day of the month.Each one is ten minutes long , so it is easy for everyone to completethe program. Every day we have a basic movement or foot pattern where we add various drills and layers. We have three music options. Orient for fast speeds, Saidi road for medium and East Memories for the slow speeds. Our music is written and performed by Aggelis for the site and online dance studio Opera De Orientand you can find it in the e-shop, in their short and long versions.
