WARM UP | General full body warm up
Welcome to the full body warm up class. I am Dimitra Zarzouki. Today we will do a ten minute warm up for full body activation. We will work with plie and releve. Elongation and contraction of the spine. Separation of the upper and lower body. Mobility of joints such as ankles, knees, hips, shoulders and wrists. Mobility of the chest and pelvis. We will demonstrate exercises there the tempo is determined by the breathing as well as exercises where the tempo is independent of breathing. Let’s get started.
