BASIC POSTURE | Basic Axis
This category analyzes small “secrets” that if we apply them, we will be able to maintain a correct and more beautiful body posture. The purpose is to strengthen the dance movements in order to perform them in the best way, as well as to protect the body from injuries. The very first course of the series BASIC POSTURE , deals with the analysis of the vertican and horizontal axis. It studies the two mental axis that divide the body in front, back, right , left , top and bottom. Also , the funxion of vertical and horizontal axis is analyzed, in order to keep a body straight, during the execution of the dance movements, or in fixed poses.
