Week 1 | Basic posture, hip slides, repetitive hip slides
Each week we will have a new course in continuation of the previous one. Through this course we will analyze oriental dance starting from the foundations, using the Opera method. The courses start from the beginner level but are enriched with tips for intermediate and advanced. In today’s course we will work with posture. The basic hip slides, right and left, but also the repetitive ones on each side. We will analyze and execute the movement with flow and beats. Those who want further analysis or more details about the basic posture can attend the course where we thoroughly analyze the initial posture. Our initial posture is the most important part of the dance, not only for the execution of the movements but also for the health of our body, so do not hesitate to devote enough time to your engagement with these courses.
