Practicing is a topic of concern for students, amateurs and even dance professionals.

When we are not in a class, or in a dance company, many questions arise about the right way to practice at home.

Consistency, duration, and practice itself, is a topic that has been discussed, quite a bit, in dance circles.

The practice notebook has been created, after much practical study, to help every practitioner in organization.

Proper organization is the secret.

Make a schedule suitable for your own needs and organize your time properly. It doesn’t matter if you have half an hour or two hours at your disposal. Take advantage of that time so that it works in your favor.

Remember.

Not all days are the same. Neither is there the same amount of time every day, nor is our body in the same condition.

Adjust your schedule according to your needs.
