Week 2 | Hip slides & Steps
In the second course of the series, we work with moving steps forward, backward, right and left. We add single and double hip slides onto the steps. The course begins with the preparation of the muscle groups of the body, emphasizing the libs. Then, follows the repetition of the movements we saw in the previous course. After that, move on to the technical part. We first see the step and then individually single-slides and double- slides with the step. We dance in slow, medium and fast speed, gradually the new movements. At the end we have ten minutes of dance, where we combine the movements of the first and second course at different speeds and finishing with cool down, to relaxthe muscles of the body.
